VoltaTV is an aggregator application that provides users with a unified interface to discover and access publicly available media content (including live TV streams, movies, series, and sports events) hosted by independent third parties on the internet. VoltaTV does not host, upload, store, cache, transmit, or distribute any media content. The App functions solely as a means of locating and presenting links or streams that are freely and publicly accessible on the internet.
⚠ Important Notice: All media content accessible through VoltaTV is hosted exclusively on third-party servers operated by independent parties. VoltaTV has no control over such content, its availability, its accuracy, or its legality. VoltaTV does not upload, reproduce, or store any such content. We are not responsible for any content accessed through the App. Any content you access is provided by third-party sources solely at their discretion.
VoltaTV respects intellectual property rights. Because we do not host or store any content, we are not the appropriate contact for DMCA takedown requests relating to media content accessible through the App.
If you believe content accessible via the App infringes your copyright, you must contact the operator of the server or platform actually hosting that content. VoltaTV cannot remove, alter, or block content hosted on third-party infrastructure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
